Pie Day
At Pie Day we pride ourselves in sourcing the best quality, locally grown produce. We use our very own organically farmed Beef and lamb from our farm located in Tharwa. Our pastry is handmade; we use a shortcrust base and a delicate and light puff pastry for the covering. Most of the vegetables are grown in our veggie garden on the edge of the Murrumbidgee, the remainder we source from other local farmers within the ACT Region.
